Account Executive (US)

As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our comprehensive suite of IT solutions and services. Leveraging your extensive industry knowledge and network, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and position our offerings to meet and exceed their expectations. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales process (prospecting, identifying & closing new business deals) in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for outbound sales within a specified industry and region;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engagement, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Recruitment, Delivery, and Account Management)  to develop customized proposals and solutions;
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges;
  • Leading contract negotiations with clients, utilizing internal legal and business collaborators as needed
  • Meet and exceed sales profitability and revenue growth targets on a consistent basis;
  • Offer financial projections for the opportunity pipeline;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations;
  • Conduct business meetings, including traveling for on-site meetings with existing and potential clients (20% of working time)

Requirements:

  • Sales professional with at  least 5 years of experience selling software development services with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and market penetration;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets ($1M to $3M+ in software development/ digital services per year);
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends as well as software development processes and technologies;
  • A well-developed network of personal contacts and potential clients;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams;
  • Exceptional  communication and presentation skills;
  • “Getting things done” attitude, with strong strategic thinking. Ability to see several steps forward;
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of Financial Services Industry, 
  • Experience in software outsourcing to Eastern Europe or Latin America
