Recruiting Specialist

Sombra invites a Recruiting Specialist to join the professional team to work on finding and hiring the best specialists for our company. If you are an active, sociable person who loves recruiting and wants to develop in this direction – we are looking for you!

  • At least 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter;
  • Understanding of common search techniques;
  • Successful experience of closing technical positions;
  • Understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches;
  • Experience with Recruitment ATS will be a plus;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Leading the full recruitment cycle;
  • Participating in Recruitment Scrum-meetings;
  • Preparing pitching job descriptions;
  • Searching for candidates on assigned positions (from Trainee to Lead level);
  • HR Interview conducting;
  • Internal candidates database maintenance;
  • Providing timely feedback on interview results to candidates;
  • Preparing and negotiating job offers
