Sales Manager

Here at Sombra, we’re successfully winning new deals and looking for a sales manager to join and help us. We’re on our way to transform our sales department and increase quality of new business through improvement of our internal client-facing processes.
Join our team to get on this challenge!


– Get on initial call with the client, conduct qualification;
– Process NDA and other agreements;
– Constantly communicate, provide required information and follow up with the client;
– Take active part in proposal development and pitch;
– Be absolutely responsible for the client’s experience;
– Act as account manager 1 year after winning the deal.


– Experience in IT outsourcing domain;
– Proactiveness, communicativeness and client-centered attitude;
– Analytical mindset, high level of empathy;
– At least upper intermediate level of English.
