UX/UI Designer

The Warehouse Management System is developed for internal use by the company’s employees. The purpose of the development is to ensure the fastest and most automated processing of shipping orders.
The system should enable  workers to quickly complete the sipping processing cycle. The process of processing gets an order to find an item in the warehouse and shipping to the client. The system should contain all information for items from 3 different warehouses: Houston, Los Angeles, Brooklyn
Generally, order management process contains next steps:
Receiving order from the marketplace (e.g Ebay)
Receiving inventory goods on Warehouse
Completing orders
Packing orders
Shipping orders via shipping carrier (e.g. DHL) to the end customer – orders tracking
The system should include billing functionality, working time tracking and customer service portal

  • Knowledge of basic UX methods and tools;
  • Understanding HCD principles;
  • At least 1 year of UI/UX design, product design or graphic design experience with portfolio to prove it;
  • Proficiency with Sketch or Figma, Adobe tools;
  • Strong technical understanding of subject to communicate design to engineers;
  • English: Upper Intermediate (Low).
  • UX / UI based on the proposed concept or several concepts;
  • Communication with a client;
  • Knowledge of Invision, Sketch or Figma.
