Administration Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Administration Manager to lead the operations of our three office locations: Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk. In this role, you will oversee and guide office managers across all locations, ensuring smooth operations and driving strategic improvements in our facilities. You’ll play a key role in aligning our administrative functions with the broader goals of the company, all while fostering a productive and positive work environment across all locations.
1. Office Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all office locations (Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Medellin).
• Ensure office environments are conducive to productivity and align with company standards.
• Manage office supplies, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
2. Facilities Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of physical office spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the budget for office and facility expenses.
• Monitor and control operational costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
4. Team Management:
• Lead and manage the administration team. (Office managers)
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations for administrative staff.
5. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategies for office expansions, relocations, or closures.
• Collaborate with other departments to align administrative functions with business objectives.
