Middle Product Data Analyst

About project: Unified Ticketing Platform is designed to optimize ticket sales and revenue for sports and entertainment organizations. By integrating advanced data analytics, machine learning algorithms, and real-time market trend analysis, the platform provides a comprehensive solution for managing single-game ticket inventory across multiple sales channels. Platform assists partners in managing, merchandising, pricing, fulfilling, and distributing single-game ticket inventory.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Pendo and familiariaty with Monday.
  • Expertise in data analytics, presentation creation, and project management.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Upper Intermediate English level.
  • Hands-on experience with Product projects.
  • Ability to work with significant overlap with the client’s time zone (GMT-6).

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and managing Pendo: Tagging features, creating dashboards, analyzing product usage statistics, and generating reports.
  • Supporting internal and external communications: Managing product adoption updates, emails, and road map presentations.
  • Survey management: Preparing questions, sending them to targeted groups, and creating analysis reports.
  • Creating and delivering reports and dashboards: Focused on analytics and insights to support business decisions.
