Junior Business Analyst

We are building a CRM system for professional photographers. The system helps photographers make more money, create custom payment plans, and accept credit cards. It also helps them be more organized and keep track of clients, payments, and jobs and helps the business grow. We are developing both web and mobiles apps

Our customer is from Melbourne, Australia.
The team: 2 BE, 1 FE, 3 QA, 1BA, 1 PM

Requirements:
  • Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager at least 1+ years;
  • Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, requirements management tools;
  • Knowledge of Software development Life Cycle and the Agile methodology (especially Scrum and Kanban);
  • Knowledge of Business process modeling, prototyping, and diagramming tools (Miro, Draw.io, etc);
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving;
  • English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements;
  • Establishing and monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle;
  • Facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation process;
  • Manage product and project scope;
  • Preparation artifacts, technical documentation;
  • Perform presentations and demo to stakeholders;
  • Communication with stakeholders.
