Junior/Middle Business Analyst

About the project:
Our client is a top logistics provider for alcoholic beverage companies in the USA. In order to keep up with a growth of demand, there is a need to absolutely renew existing user interfacing technologies. In course of the project, we will create a cloud architecture from scratch, design new business services, and redesign existing ones.

About the team: PM, Solution Architect, Senior .Net, Senior React, Middle React, QA, AQA.

  • Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager at least 1+ years;
  • Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, requirements management tools;
  • Knowledge of Software development Life Cycle and the Agile methodology (especially Scrum and Kanban);
  • Knowledge of Business process modeling, prototyping, and diagramming tools (Miro,, etc);
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving;
  • English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written;
  • Previous experience in the logistics domain would be a plus.
  • Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements;
  • Establishing and monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle;
  • Facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation process;
  • Manage product and project scope;
  • Preparation artifacts, technical documentation;
  • Perform presentations and demo to stakeholders;
  • Communication with stakeholders.
