Business Development Manager

Our technology company requires a Business Development Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills to help us expand our clientele. The ideal candidate has experience of researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy. The goal is to boosting sales and building up strong relationships with clients.

You will be working close to the CEO what influences the speed of decisions in business.

Requirements:
  • Proven working experience (2+ years) as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Ability to identify client’s business needs and to see the client’s pain points
  • Strong result orientation
  • At least some knowledge of IT outsourcing service development
  • At least some understanding of SDLC approach
  • English level – Upper Intermediate or higher
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
Responsibilities:
  • Leading the presale process and proposal preparation based on client needs/company capabilities
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Managing both our existing sales methods and developing new business opportunities
  • Presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Developing negotiating strategies
  • Examining risks
