Human Resources Manager

Sombra is looking for a Human Resources Manager to complement our enthusiastic team!


• 2+ years experience in an HR Manager role;
• Excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills;
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with people from different departments;
• Ability to operate independently and drive issues toward completion;
• It will be great if you possess coaching experience;
• English – at least the Intermediate level.



• Support the performance management process including objectives setting, annual reviews, ongoing feedback, development, and career planning;
• Assist in succession planning and identifying talent and retention risks;
• Supervise routine and administrative HR processes (on-boarding / off-boarding);
• Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture;
• Taking oversight of the company’s culture.
