Junior UI/UX Designer

Our customer- is the product company from Canada, who is able to customize their own product upon customers needs and requests. Ussualy, their customers are financial companies within USA and Canada

Our task and goal, is to develop customer-specific platforms, where their clients will be able to create records related to their customers. Another part – is questionnaire tool with pre-adjusted questionnaires and capabilities to create net-new questionnaires. Both clients are two large pension funds in the United States.

Our team: PM, 2 BE, FE, QA, 2 UX/UI

Requirements:
  • To have a strong portfolio accessible for review
  • At least 1 year of work experience in product design
  • Solid UX and visual design skills
  • Experience with Sketch, Figma, InVision
  • Experience with Adobe package (Ai, Ps)
  • To be a strategic problem-solver. Find solutions that are the best for the company and product growth
  • End-users first. They are the main focus of your work.
  • English language – upper-intermediate level (emphasis on the conversational level)
  • Would be a plus previous Graphic Design experience
Responsibilities:
  • Generate & Evaluate new ideas. Work through product issues from its definition and discussion to solution delivery
  • Partner with the design team to engage in user research, influence product development
  • Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly
  • Contribute to team goals: Engagement and Conversion
  • Be proactive
