Lead Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic Lead Recruiter to support our recruitment team in Lviv.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (IT sphere);
  • Team management experience; 
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
  • Experience with metrics and analysis of recruiters’ performance;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Hiring Managers;
  • Experience in communication with customers;
  • Experience in planned, regular training and education of recruiters will be a plus;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview; 
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand positions and recruiting needs;
  • Setting priorities/timelines and delegating tasks, assigning vacancies taking into consideration personal capacity and professional maturity of the team;
  • Identifying bottlenecks, finding new ways to speed up the recruitment process with no loss of quality;
  • Ensuring the data in tracking tools are correct and up to date;
  • Supervising and coordinating performance, providing continuous feedback to the team;
  • Ensuring team members professional skills grow;
  • Maintaining recruitment-related reports;
  • Communicate with Clients (in request);
  • Ability to develop and maintain new talent acquisition approaches in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Participating in Employer Branding events (job fairs, conferences, etc).
