Who are we looking for:

We are in search of a recruiter with experience in IT for at least 2 years. Our ideal candidate has a clear understanding of how IT industry works and has skills to work with various search tools (X-ray, Boolean search, etc.). We are looking for a person who is determined to develop exactly in this profession, is ready for challenges and, of course, is willing to learn and excel. This position will give you a chance to become a Recruitment Team Lead in the future.

Requirements:
  • English level – Intermediate or higher
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Being result-orientated
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the IT industry
  • Experience in full recruitment lifecycle in IT industry (will be a plus)
  • A strong team player, approachable and positive
  • A self-led learner and a keen problem solver
Responsibilities:
  • Create job descriptions post and promote vacancies
  • Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools
  • Conduct full recruitment cycle (including analyzing CVs, phone screening, managing job interviews, regular communication with candidates, providing feedback)
