• 0,5 + year of experience in a similar position in an IT industry or a strong desire to become an IT recruiting professional
• Understanding of the IT technologies industry, basic knowledge of programming technology differences
• Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool
• High level of self-organization and responsibility
• Intermediate English level.
