Senior / Tech Lead .NET Software Engineer

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Tech Lead .NET Software Engineer to join a team of developers working on a healthcare startup.

Healthcare startup connects doctors, pharmacists, and patients in one SaaS system. It’s on an early stage, preliminary back-end part has already been built by the Colorado team and will be extended with new functionality, front-end part has been implemented from the scratch by Ukrainian team.


The team consists of .NET Architect (US), CTO (US), 2 Front-end developers (UA), AQA (UA), UI/UX designer(UA).

Technology stack:

.NET Core 2.0, ASP.NET Core, Docker, Enterprise service bus (Rabbit MQ etc.), CQRS

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Proven track record of working experience with .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC
  • Experience with SOA / Microservices solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core
  • Experience with Docker and its orchestration (Kubernetes etc)
  • Experience with Event Sourcing (ES) and Domain Driven Design
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology
  • Collaborate with a team and customer to define, design, and ship new features
  • Communicate regularly with the customer on status and project priorities
  • General bug fixing, enhancements, test suite development, support and participation in all other activities defined in the company’s product development process
Additional responsibilities of the Tech Lead position:
  • Involvement in pre-sales activities for other projects in our company
  • Building and enhancing .NET expertise in our company, defining new development processes and approaches along with CTO
  • Interviewing new .NET developers, mentoring existing ones (conducting technical part of performance reviews)
  • Work with other senior developers and CTO to define architecture and development plan for other projects
  • Conducting architecture and code reviews for other projects in our company
