At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns that grew followers, engagement, and conversions.
Exceptional writing and content creation skills to craft engaging, brand-aligned content across various social media platforms.
Strong ability to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
Experience collaborating with design teams to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content. Basic knowledge of design software is a plus.
Familiarity with omnichannel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Competence in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with team members, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to quickly adapt strategies and content based on the latest digital marketing trends and analytics insights.
Upper-Intermediate level in English or higher, to ensure effective communication in a diverse working environment.

Define, create, implement, and optimise the omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the performance of social media activities, analysing key metrics and providing insights for strategy optimisation.
Identifying and cultivating relationships with brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies, trends in social media, design tools, and applications to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing developments.
Developing partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand’s values and objectives.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
