The role is for a strong admin with deep Omni Channel experience and a future-focused skillset leveraging Einstein tools.
- 4–6 years hands-on administering Salesforce with ≥1 million records and hundreds of active users, including permission set & role hierarchy design, release management, and org health monitoring.
- A deep understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform, including its architecture, limits, and data security models. Developers should be proficient in using declarative tools and custom code when necessary.

Omni Channel:
- Can configure Omni-Channel routing, assignment rules, and macros.
- 2-3 years’ experience with telephony and Call centers.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and automations.
- Emphasis on Call Center, IVRs, Reporting, Policy Building, automations, AI Voice, and case-responsive optimization across channels.
Must-Have:
- Data Management and SOQL: Since Salesforce is data-centric, developers must be proficient in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) to query the database efficiently.
- A strong understanding of data modeling, including objects, fields, and relationships, is vital for designing scalable solutions.
- Developers should also be familiar with data migration and management best practices.
- LWCs experience should match.
- DevOps and Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with DevOps practices like continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and Agile methodologies is becoming increasingly important for efficient development and faster releases.
- Expert use of flows, formula fields, validation rules, and assignment rules to meet complex requirements without over-engineering.
- Einstein AI Tools: Production-grade experience with Salesforce products, including Service Analytics, Service Intelligence, enhanced chatbots, case classifications. Agentforce Specific Skills:
Prompt Engineering: Skills in crafting precise and structured prompts to guide AI agents in generating accurate responses.
RAG Implementation: The ability to implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to integrate enterprise data into Large Language Models (LLMs) for relevant context.
Agent Studio Proficiency: Familiarity with Agentforce studios like Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, and Testing Center to facilitate agent development and ensure quality. - Documentation: Creates concise technical documentation, change sets, architecture and data flows as well as release notes, and in-app guidance.
- Communication: The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. This ensures that project requirements and progress are understood.
- Problem-solving: Salesforce developers need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Precision is important in Salesforce development, as minor errors can lead to significant issues.
- Developers should prioritize writing clean and well-documented code.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Salesforce development often involves collaborating with other team members, including administrators and business analysts.
