Middle Business Analyst

Our customer wishes to modernise the design and architecture of several public websites to make them compliant with government-mandated accessibility standards and reduce dependency on vendors. The key to this goal is to make one central service that is extensible and scalable while meeting regulatory needs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with enterprise clients.
  • Good skills in requirements management.
  • Experience with usability requirements (WCAG 2.1 AA) (nice to have).
  • Experience with CMS.
  • Experience in working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Have experience in fintech business domain.
  • Have experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confulence).
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate and higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining business needs, goals.
  • Reverse engineering
  • Elicitation and gathering requirements.
  • Provide requirements analysis.
  • Performing prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements.
  • Monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Working with the approved backlog.
  • Preparation of artifacts, technical documentation, keep all docs in the clients confluence
  • Performing presentations and demos to stakeholders.
  • Communication with stakeholders and their engagement.
  • Describe tasks in a task tracking system
