We are looking for an ambitious Recruiter who loves challenges, wants to show real results, and grow professionally.
You’ll be working in a warm and collaborative international team of 6 recruiters from Ukraine and Colombia, closing technical and managerial positions.
We value a proactive, get-things-done mindset and give you freedom to suggest and implement new ideas — from process improvements to AI-driven approaches.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment within international IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies.
- Proven track record of managing 5–7 vacancies at once and closing senior-level roles.
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of the full recruitment cycle.
- Proactive, get-things-done mindset with strong decision-making skills.
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and resilience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Successfully close various technical and managerial positions, including TOP Management roles.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to fully understand job requirements and deliver the best candidates.
- Manage and maintain a candidate database (Zoho Recruit) and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Work on 5–7 vacancies simultaneously while ensuring high-quality results.
- Conduct market analysis, provide insights, and suggest improvements to the recruitment process (including AI-driven approaches).
- Mentor and support Junior/Trainee Recruiters when needed.
- Deliver consistent results — at least 2 successful hires per month
