Our customer is a global software company that provides an open, flexible Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform used by enterprises to manage complex product development processes.
The project focuses on modernizing a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform by integrating advanced AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, and vector search to deliver intelligent automation, improve decision-making, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET
- Solid expertise in React for building modern web applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Azure cloud services.
- Proven ability to work with complex system designs and scalable architectures.
- Familiarity with AI development and orchestrators (Semantic Kernel or similar) is a plus.
- Proactive, able to elicit requirements, propose solutions, and adapt quickly.
- R&D/startup mindset with eagerness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of backend-heavy .NET + React applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems deployed on Azure with Kubernetes.
- Participate in discovery and research activities across multiple company initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and propose solutions.
- Integrate and experiment with AI frameworks/orchestrators where applicable.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Drive innovation by prototyping and testing new approaches to complex problems.
