- 2+ years of commercial experience;
- Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud (associate level) and at least 1 year of AWS support experience;
- Basic knowledge of GitHub or GitLab;
- Basic knowledge of Terraform;
- Basic skills in bash scripting / Python or JavaScript;
- Familiarity with HTTP REST API (curl or Postman);
- English at B2 level.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow / Zendesk / Confluence / Jira;
- Knowledge of Kubernetes (k8s), RBAC, and SSO.
- Provisioning access to AWS accounts in Identity Center using Terraform/Pulumi IaC;
- Managing access to GitHub Org, automating IT workflows (scripts, webhooks);
- Automating daily support tasks;
- Taking part in the introduction of the Internal Developer Platform (Backstage, Humanitec, AWS EKS);
- Writing Terraform IaC scripts for AWS;
- Monitoring non-production applications with DataDog.
