We’re Hiring: Senior Software Engineer (ReactJS) | Remote in Colombia

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (ReactJS) to join our distributed team and help us deliver scalable, accessible, and fast web experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend development with ReactJS.
- Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Proven experience optimizing websites for performance and SEO
- Understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility (WCAG), and SSR (Next.js is a plus)
- Comfortable working in distributed teams across time zones (Pacific Time).
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, testing tools, and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SEO-optimized web components using ReactJS
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build performant and accessible UIs
- Conduct performance audits and implement improvements
- Contribute to scalable and maintainable frontend architecture
- Participate in code reviews and mentor less experienced engineers
