We are looking for a .NET Developer to maintain and enhance existing applications built on the .NET Framework and ASP.NET WebForms. The role involves troubleshooting, implementing improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance. The ideal candidate has strong backend development skills, solid WebForms knowledge, and an interest in modernization projects toward .NET Core.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with .NET Framework (3.5–4.8). Strong background in ASP.NET WebForms (server controls, event-driven model, view state).
- Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, and ADO.NET/Entity Framework. • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery in WebForms context
- Experience deploying and configuring applications in IIS..
- Good knowledge of SQL(T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization).
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and source control tools (Git or TFS).
- Ability to work independently on bug fixes and assigned enhancements. Nice to Have
- Experience with modern .NET (Core/6/7/8) and ASP.NET MVC / Razor / Pages / Blazor.
- Basic knowledge of migration strategies from WebForms.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with cloudconcepts (Azure)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot .NET Framework and ASP.NET WebForms applications.
- Resolve production issues by analyzing logs and applying bug fixes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and team members to clarify requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable code and follow coding standards.
- Implement refactoring and performance improvements. Participate in system upgrades or migration tasks(.NET Core / .NET 6+).
- Work with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or others) to write queries and stored procedures. Support QA and DevOps teams during builds and deployments, and releases.
