Last Updated: 17 Oct 2025
Program description
Sombra operates a Customer Care SMS program for one‑to‑one, non‑marketing communications with clients (e.g., meeting scheduling, ticket updates, service notices).
Consent & eligibility
By providing your mobile number for service communications (e.g., during onboarding, in a contract/SOW, or by requesting SMS via email/support) you consent to receive texts from Sombra at that number. You must be the account holder or authorized user. Service is intended for business contacts aged 18+.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions (e.g., a few per month during active projects).
Costs
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Charges are billed by your carrier, not by Sombra.
Opt‑out / Help
STOP — reply STOP to any message to cancel further texts.
HELP — reply HELP for assistance or contact admin@sombrainc.com.
Opt‑out requests are processed promptly and confirmed by a final message.
Supported carriers & delivery
Delivery depends on your carrier and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
Do not use our SMS channel to transmit illegal, harmful, or confidential third‑party content. We may suspend messaging for abuse or compliance reasons.
