Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including significant exposure to system integrations and enterprise application landscapes.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data exchange protocols, and integration patterns.
- Proven experience documenting complex technical and business requirements in a clear, structured format.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills—comfortable working across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading distributed or global project teams, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for a complex integration initiative involving custom development systems suite and a new contract management platform.
- Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements related to system integrations, data flows, and process alignment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including software development teams, operational leads, and product owners, to ensure solution design meets business needs.
- Define and maintain detailed integration documentation—data mapping, interface specifications, workflows, and system dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements reviews, and design sessions across distributed teams and multiple time zones.
- Support testing, validation, and change management activities to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices for integration analysis, governance, and documentation standards.
