Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our client’s fintech team and play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining a secure, scalable infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud environments, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
- Build, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters using Docker, Helm, and Rancher.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub, including security testing (SAST/DAST).
- Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
- Implement container security and hardening strategies.
- Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Collaborate closely with development and security teams to support efficient deployment and delivery.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and promote DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Terraform and complex cloud infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Rancher.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation with GitHub Actions.
- Experience in monitoring and observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
- Strong knowledge of container security and best practices.
- Familiarity with multiple databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- AWS certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
