The Trainee Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the project’s operational and people-related processes. This position involves coordinating hiring and onboarding activities, maintaining efficient communication among teams, and ensuring smooth project operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidates based in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and able to visit the office will be considered first.
Requirements:
- Upper Intermediate English level.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep projects on track.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Time Management: Proficiency in managing deadlines and ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions quickly.
- Team Collaboration: Skill in working with diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring everyone is aligned.
- Attention to Details: Careful monitoring of project details to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- People management: onboarding, PIP, employee engagement, performance management (+goals setting), performance reviews, salary reviews, terminations
- Working hours monitoring
- Managing hiring process
- Managing workload among team members
- Manage internal and external project meetings
- Budgeting, invoices, time log reports
- Risk management of team members, stakeholders
- Analyzing business opportunities
- Assistance in service presentations
- Conducting projects’ health checkups
- Assisting SM in project well-being if needed
- Organizing feedback sessions with customers to be in the loop
- Identifying RBC leads and POs’ needs
- Customer success assistance
