This role ensures that users can easily find properties, list homes, use map features, and complete transactions without encountering frustrating bugs, directly impacting user satisfaction and business success in a competitive real estate market.
Requirements:
- Being experienced with functional, regression, exploratory, smoke/sanity testing
- 3+ years of experience working with b2c products
- Upper Intermediate English level
- Manual Testing Expertise: Deep understanding of manual test types (functional, usability, exploratory).
- User-Oriented: Ability to think like a home buyer/seller.
- Analytical Skills: Keen eye for detail and identifying edge cases.
- Communication: Clear reporting of issues and collaboration.
- Adaptability: Quick learning for new features or platforms.
- Self-Driven: Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Test Case Development: Create detailed manual test cases for new features (e.g., search filters, listing uploads, user profiles).
- Manual Testing: Execute tests on web (browsers) and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
- Bug Reporting: Log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking systems.
- Regression Testing: Ensure new changes don’t break existing functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining testing procedures.
