We're looking for Senior DevOps Engineer to join the project from real estate domain.
Devops drives infrastructure reliability, scalability, and automation within a high-traffic proptech environment, typically using AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools to support Agile teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining cloud infrastructure, enhancing observability, optimizing deployment pipelines, and ensuring security, while often mentoring junior engineers and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to foster a self-service culture.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of AWS services and architecture patterns.
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Strong security and compliance knowledge.
- Expert-level Linux/Unix administration.
- Advanced scripting and automation capabilities.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
- Experience with multi-account AWS organizations.
- Upper Intermediate or higher English level.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Observability and Monitoring Expertise.
- Grafana-stack experience
- Performance and Capacity Engineering
- Experience defining and tracking SLOs and Error Budgets
- Hands-on programming experience: Go, Python, and/or TypeScript
Desired Skills:
- Multiple AWS Professional certifications.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies.
- Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), focusing on security, performance, and cost optimization.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create, maintain, and optimize fully automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for rapid code deployment.
- Container Orchestration: Manage containerized applications, focusing on Docker and Kubernetes to ensure high availability.
- Observability & Monitoring: Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus) to proactively resolve issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to enable self-service, facilitate DevOps practices, and improve developer workflows.
- Automation: Script and automate infrastructure tasks using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, including managing secrets, IAM roles, and compliance requirements.
