Senior Software Engineer (React js.)

The project’s primary goal is to simplify and accelerate tax-related processes, reducing the time and effort required for preparing and submitting reports. This solution will improve data accuracy, minimize the risk of human errors, and provide users with a convenient and intuitive tool for handling tax documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a front-end developer.
- Extensive experience with React.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expert-level knowledge of CSS and preprocessors (SASS, LESS), focusing on creating responsive and accessible designs.
- Experience starting a project from scratch.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
- Experience working with a fully remote team.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development of the web app, working closely with Design, Product, and Backend colleagues.

Architect and implement efficient, scalable, and reusable front-end components and systems.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge front-end technologies and best practices.

Collaborate effectively across teams, communicating complex technical concepts
clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
