BA Practice Lead

The BA Practice Lead will lead our BA stream within the company and work alongside other Competence Leads and the CTO. Additionally, this person will be involved in various projects for kickoffs, discovery phases, product ownership and business analysis, and consulting.
Requirements:
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Owner, with 2+ years in a leadership role;
- Experience in Pre-Sales, discovery, and project kickoff;
- Strong background in team growth, mentoring, and talent selection;
- Participation in BA talks and community building;
- Experience in the Financial Services & Banking domain is a huge plus;
- Upper-intermediate English
Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue and drive BA services portfolio development;
- Generate BA opportunities within existing accounts and support Pre-Sales activities;
- Participate in Discovery phases and part-time project involvement (25%);
- Lead BA efforts for project kickoffs, consulting, and solution delivery;
- Collaborate with Resource Managers to optimize BA allocation;
- Support marketing through blogs, case studies, and events;
- Conduct tech interviews, improve corporate standards, and develop BA talent;
- Promote BA community engagement and share company culture & values
