Country Manager

As the Country Manager for Colombia, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, drive local business growth, and strengthen our presence in the Colombian market. You will act as a strategic leader, ensuring high-quality delivery, mentoring local teams, and cultivating strong relationships across clients, partners, and industry networks. Your primary goal will be to elevate delivery excellence, grow the Colombian portfolio, and build a strong, collaborative local organization.

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years in delivery/project management and leadership roles;  
  • Proven experience in country-level operations and business development;  
  • Strong understanding of Colombian market dynamics and cultural nuances;  
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Delivery Management  

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery for Colombian projects. 
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability of engagements. 
  • Implement governance frameworks and monitor delivery KPIs. 

Country Growth & Strategy  

  • Develop and execute Colombia growth plan aligned with global strategy. 
  • Drive business development initiatives and represent the company at local events. 
  • Build partnerships with universities, tech communities, and industry bodies. 

 People Leadership  

  • Mentor and grow local delivery teams. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. 
  • Implement retention strategies and local benefits programs. 

 Operational Excellence  

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. 
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
