Junior Designer (UI/UX)
What you’ll do
-
Own the end-to-end design process: user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design specs

Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to define requirements, validate assumptions, and align on feasibility

Work alongside a Senior Designer to transform high-level ideas into polished, production-ready designs
-
Conduct user research and usability testing when applicable
-
Communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Document design specifications to ensure smooth developer handoff and implementation quality
What we’re looking for

2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally on SaaS products
-
Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
-
A solid portfolio with at least 2 high-quality projects (desktop & mobile), showing your design process and decision-making

Experience translating complex business or technical requirements into scalable design solutions

Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams

Experience working within existing design systems and visual languages

Familiarity with data-driven UX (analytics, usability validation, A/B testing)

Upper-Intermediate+ English for daily collaboration
Nice to have

Experience with Figma Make, AI prototyping tools, or Maze

Familiarity with Notion, Miro, FigJam

Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system

Ability to extract insights from analytics and user feedback (e.g., Pendo)

Exposure to client-facing or consulting environments
