Junior English Teacher (Part-Time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging group lessons, developing new online materials, and supporting various departments with language-related tasks.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, philology, teaching, linguistics, translation, or interpretation.

•2+ to 3+ years of experience teaching English to adult groups of varying proficiency levels.

•Proven experience in teaching Business English and IT-related terminology.

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Ability to customize lessons to meet individual learner needs.

•Flexibility to work with busy professionals at different levels of English proficiency.

•Passion for guiding learners toward achieving their language goals.

•Familiarity with e-learning platforms (LMS) and online teaching tools (e.g., Zoom).

•Experience creating engaging and effective learning materials.

•Knowledge of English assessment standards and procedures.

•Background in soft skills training is a plus.

•Understanding of IT-specific terminology (preferred).

Responsibilities:

•Conduct engaging and interactive online group lessons for small groups of 4-8 participants.

•Develop and create new online instructional materials to enhance the learning experience.

•Perform English proficiency assessments for employees, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

•Occasionally assist other departments with translation and proofreading tasks.

•Support recruiters by assessing the English proficiency of job candidates during the hiring process.

•Participate in team meetings, maintain lesson records, and handle email correspondence.

•Part-time remote position, requiring 12-20 hours per week.
