Junior Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads and engaging with them via LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to build a pipeline of high-quality leads by effectively communicating our value proposition, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Strong result orientation and strategic thinking;
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail and readiness to handle the routine job;
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to search and handle large amounts of information;
  • Proficient in GoogleDrive products, confident PC user and internet searching tools needed;
  • Capable of multitasking between several tasks
  • Desire to learn and develop in the field of lead generation
  • Skilled at working as part of a team and independently;
  • At least Upper intermediate English level (B2, written)
  • Be attentive, persistent, hardworking and responsible.

Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience with lead generation/sales/business development;
  • Basic knowledge of cold outreach tools and CRMs.
  • Experience in IT-related field;
  • Experience with cold mailing.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on prospects via LinkedIn to identify potential leads.
  • Initiate and manage outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, crafting personalized messages and follow-up sequences to engage with prospective customers.
  • Evaluate leads to ensure alignment with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and qualify potential decision-makers, including C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Schedule sales calls or face-to-face meetings between qualified leads and sales team
  • Maintain and update prospect and client information in the CRM system (Pipedrive), including setting up new lead profiles, tracking deals, scheduling calls, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation goals, ensure effective lead nurturing
  • Leverage email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other social media channels to generate leads and identify emerging needs within the target market if needed.
  • Communicate and follow up with leads regularly, providing detailed reports on messaging replies, meeting outcomes, and newly generated leads during daily team meetings.
  • Regularly analyze outreach and conversion data, offering suggestions for improvement to optimize lead generation strategies if needed.
