Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for an L&D Manager to take full ownership of Learning & Development and the Language School, and build a unified, measurable L&D ecosystem that directly supports business growth, talent quality, and company culture.
This is a strategic management role with responsibility for people, budget, and senior stakeholders.
Candidates from Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk or Kyiv (our office locations) will be considered first.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience building and running L&D strategies
- Experience with Language School or corporate language programs (preferred)
- Hands‑on experience with L3–L4 learning evaluation
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (Zoho, Moodle, Docebo, etc.)
- Experience with talent assessment tools (e.g. Caliper, Gallup, SHL, Hogan)
- Budget and KPI management experience
- At least Upper Intermediate high English level

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the L&D strategy, aligned with business goals
- Lead and scale the Language School (quality, progress, SLA, KPI, role‑based programs)
- Implement learning effectiveness measurement (Kirkpatrick L3–L4)
- Launch and manage talent assessment systems for hiring and internal development
- Own and develop LMS (Zoho People): learning paths, analytics, certifications
- Manage the L&D and teaching teams, external vendors, and contracts
- Own budget planning and cost control
- Partner with Top Management, HRBP, Recruiting, and Managers
