Middle Automation QA Engineer

We are seeking a Middle Automation QA Engineer with solid experience in test automation and a strong understanding of quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure high-quality software delivery

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for web, mobile, and backend applications using Selenium (Java) and Jenkins.

  • Design and implement modular, maintainable automation scripts and frameworks.

  • Collaborate with developers, manual QA engineers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new and existing features.

  • Perform backend validation using SQL queries and execute API tests through Postman or automated scripts.

  • Review and improve test processes to increase reliability, efficiency, and overall coverage.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of QA experience, including at least 2 years focused on automation.

  • Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java) for web and backend automation.

  • Experience with mobile testing, including WebView testing.

  • Knowledge of Jenkins for test automation and CI/CD integration.

  • Proficiency with API testing, Zephyr, Jira, and basic SQL queries.

  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test design principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, or performance testing tools such as JMeter or Locust.
