We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and help turn complex business needs into actionable, data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing impactful dashboards and reports that support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Tableau UI/UX design, and a solid understanding of managing reporting requests from intake through delivery. Familiarity with Tableau support and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to gather and document business and reporting requirements.
- Hands-on expertise with Tableau, including strong UI/UX design skills for building user-friendly, insightful dashboards.
- Proficiency in SQL for data exploration, validation, and report development.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in responding to data-related questions and issues.
- Familiarity with the investment industry and related reporting workflows (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—and the ability to clearly document work and explain insights to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Design, build, and refine Tableau dashboards that are user-friendly, visually clear, and aligned with business needs.
- Perform SQL-based data exploration to support report logic, validate results, and uncover insights.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of reporting requests, coordinating delivery with BI developers.
- Create documentation and provide training or support as needed.
- Troubleshoot dashboard/report issues and respond to business user questions with clear, data-backed answers.
