Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a team developing a technological solution for an innovative US-based company that is redefining the flats skiff industry through cutting-edge technology and military-grade materials. You’ll help shape a digital product that makes the client’s business more accessible, scalable, and ready for growth. Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
  • Strong skills in eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to set up and improve BA processes on the project independently.
  • Experience creating and maintaining BA artifacts: workflows, data flow diagrams, user journeys, data mapping, etc.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define business needs and goals together with stakeholders.
    Elicit, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Model business processes and create supporting BA artifacts (workflows, data flow diagrams, user journeys, etc.).
  • Perform requirements prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain the project backlog, ensuring timely updates and clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and other deliverables for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discovery phases for new features or products, ensuring alignment between business vision and technical implementation.
  • Conduct presentations and demos for stakeholders, effectively communicating feature value and progress.
  • Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure transparent communication.
  • Set up and continuously improve requirements management processes within the project.
  • Contribute to the development of BA practices and knowledge sharing within the company.
