Middle Front End Engineer (ReactJS)

Our customer is a digital lending platform that specializes in refinancing student loans, particularly focusing on medical professionals and other borrowers. Their business model is a hybrid marketplace, which connects borrowers with a network of lenders, including regional banks and credit unions. This allows borrowers to compare and select the best loan options available.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of software development experience with more than 3 years working with React.
  • Experience working with NextJS.
  • Strong desire to keep growing and take on new challenges.
  • Consistent display of high candor, giving constructive feedback liberally
    and accepting it graciously.
  • High level of motivation and engagement, showing strong commitment to
    both individual and team success.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and fellow engineers to build user experiences that are memorable, seamless, and intuitive using React and NextJS.
  • Deploy new features and enhancements as experiments, using data-driven results to evaluate impact.
  • Take on projects of increasing complexity, facilitating both personal growth and career advancement.
  • Be part of an OKR-driven organization that maintains a laser focus on prioritizing and achieving what matters most.
