Middle IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Middle IT Recruiter with a strong background in the international IT outsourcing/outstaffing industry to join our team.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of the Colombian IT labour market.

The primary responsibility will be to manage 3-5 technical vacancies in Colombia per month, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.

 

You will be part of a warm and collaborative international team of 6 recruiters from Colombia and Ukraine.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting within international IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies.
  • Deep understanding of the IT technologies industry and basic knowledge of programming technology differences.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Colombian labor market and recruitment practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple (3-5) technical vacancies simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility to manage recruitment processes efficiently
  • Strong decision-making skills to select the best candidates for the company.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • English level B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and select candidates for various technical positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Manage and maintain a candidate database (Zoho recruit).
  • Establish and maintain new contacts within the industry.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on recruitment trends and strategies.
  • Work on 3-5 technical vacancies simultaneously.
  • Ensure the closure of at least 2 vacancies per month.
