Middle Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our payroll team and take ownership of the comprehensive management of individual entrepreneurs (PEs) on a full-time basis. This role requires a proactive individual who will not only ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial and tax processes but will also take full responsibility for employee lifecycle administration (payroll prospectives) — from onboarding to offboarding — as well as maintaining impeccable documentation standards across the organization.
Requirements:
- Higher or professional education in accounting, economics, or finance
- Proven experience in full-cycle support of private entrepreneurs
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and business accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and time management
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in the IT industry is a plus
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level
- Eagerness to learn
Responsibilities:
— Maintain FOPs (Private Entrepreneurs):
- Support private entrepreneurs in various capacities (operational, legal, registrational, banking, and administrative).
- Ensure smooth andaccurate documentation flow for each PE.
- Oversee andmaintain daily banking operations for PEs.
- Assist in preparing and processing payments via online banking systems.
- Calculate single tax on a quarterly basis andsubmit tax declarations.
- Prepare andsubmit annual unified social tax reports.
— Own and manage the full employee lifecycle administration (onboarding & offboarding):
- Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, ensuring all employment documentation is properly prepared, signed, and compliant with current legislation.
- Prepare and manage employment, termination, leave, and business trip orders ina timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure proper registration and deregistration of employees in internal and external systems.
- Handle all required notifications to Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centersin accordance with legal requirements.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle bymaintaining clear communication and proper documentation at every stage.
- Ensure a smooth, compliant, and well-documented offboarding process, including final settlements and documentation closure.
— Ensure comprehensive management of primary documentation and full documentary support across operations:
- Process, verify, and record primary documentationin accordance with accounting and legal standards.
- Maintain structured and well-organized document flow, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
- Oversee document filing systems (both digital and physical), ensuring proper archiving and retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect,validate, and process documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve andoptimize document management processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
