We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join an international team working on dynamic, large-scale marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and deployment.
- Strong working knowledge of Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
- Proficiency in SQL for data segmentation and manipulation within Marketing Cloud.
- Experience supporting complex campaign workflows across multiple brands or business units.
- Familiarity with subscriber management, data retention, and consent management.
- Understanding of marketing data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute in high-volume environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to audience building, deliverability, and automation errors.
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator).
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
- Familiarity with AMPscript and/or SSJS for dynamic content creation.
- Experience working with Data Cloud to activate audiences and support personalization.
- Knowledge of distributed marketing, brand templates, and business unit permissions.
- Background supporting enterprise-scale IP warming and inbox placement initiatives.
- Exposure to testing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Understanding of campaign performance analytics using Datorama or equivalent tools.
Responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on configuration and deployment of campaigns in Marketing Cloud, including emails, SMS, push notifications, and journeys.
- Support multiple business units by creating and managing data extensions, automations, send classifications, and subscriber configurations.
- Implement segmentation strategies using SQL queries and data filters to drive targeted communications.
- Partner with Salesforce Data Cloud architects to activate customer segments and ensure correct audience targeting.
- Coordinate data integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including use of Contact Builder and synchronized data sources.
- Support IP warming plans and inbox deliverability monitoring in collaboration with marketing and deliverability teams.
- Establish QA processes and perform pre-deployment testing for all assets and journeys.
- Document configuration decisions, naming conventions, and deployment playbooks for repeatable and scalable processes.
- Participate in enablement and training sessions for marketing team members to improve platform usage.
- Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases and roadmap enhancements.
- Other responsibilities that might be required ad hoc in this role.
