Our project management team is expanding, and we’re actively seeking skilled and personable individuals to join us. The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate on one or more projects in the future and will also be expected to participate in pre-sale activities to help the company secure new projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination roles.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of project management areas and methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering small to medium-sized projects in the IT field.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong desire and ability to learn and grow professionally.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Agile methodology to lead the planning, management, and execution of application development, ensuring transparency over project deliverables.
- Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning.
- Establish and maintain general reporting practices.
- Manage a team of developers.
- Oversee the delivery of fixed-price development projects.
- Participate in roadmap development and monitor its execution.
- Contribute to pre-sale activities.
