The Project Manager at Sombra is responsible for leading client projects from initiation to successful delivery. This role ensures transparency, manages cross-functional teams, and acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The Project Manager drives operational excellence, mitigates risks, and ensures projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Candidates based in Kyiv and able to visit the office will be considered first.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT project management (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft tools set).
- Experience with AI application to PM work.
- Optional: PMP or PSM certificate.
- At least Upper Intermediate high or higher English level.
- Proactive attitude to work.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Provide regular updates through daily sync-ups and weekly reports. - Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate teams.
Ensure alignment with client goals and internal processes. - Risk & Issue Management: Identify and resolve impediments promptly.
Manage dependencies and mitigate risks to delivery. - Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation.
Prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
