• 3+ years of experience in project management/coordination positions;
• Theoretical but strong knowledge in Project Management areas and methods;
• Proven track record for successfully delivering small or medium-sized projects in the IT field;
• Understanding of software development life cycle;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum process;
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;
• Desire and ability to learn and develop;
• At least Upper-intermediate English level.

• Work within the Agile methodology to lead the planning, management, and execution of application development;
• Transparency over the project deliverables;
• Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning;
