• Led and coordinated cross-functional teams of 16 team members, including developers, QA engineers, designers, business analysts, and DevOps (in different time zones and different nationalities)
• Facilitate team collaboration and communication to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor team performance, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
