The project focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of the platform (CRM and web pages) used to connect families with senior care providers.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC.
- Experience with test case creation, test plans, and test execution.
- Experience in functional, regression.
- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Understanding of API testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience testing web applications.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping the lights on for:
- Landing pages (Web & Mobile): functional and regression testing.
- CRMs (Salesforce & LQ, CART – custom).
- Client Portal (Web & Mobile).
- Bug analysis.
- Requirements analysis.
- Test design.
- Estimations.
- Tools: TestRail, Jira, Slack, SQL, API (Swagger, Postman), Google DevTools.
