Project Coordinator

We are looking for a manager, who can help a business to build a relationship with customers and employees.

The candidate should have a proven track record of leadership in previous roles, good understanding of software development processes and IT terminology.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role in IT/software development.
  • Hands-on experience in team augmentation models, working with distributed teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum practices, with a strong understanding of the SDLC.
  • Experience with resource allocation, scheduling, and productivity tracking.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and IT terminology.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, MS Teams, Zoom).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive issue resolution.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience in managing client expectations and addressing feedback promptly.
  • Proven ability to coordinate between internal development teams and client-side stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitating smooth onboarding and integration of augmented team members.
  • Capable of identifying and mitigating risks within projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff augmentation projects with the possibility of taking on a project with a managed team approach.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for augmented team members, ensuring a smooth integration with the client’s in-house team.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the augmented team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their needs and relay them to the team.
  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on the performance of the augmented team, using KPIs and productivity metrics.
  • Prepare status updates, progress reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
