Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator in Colombia to strengthen our teams.

About the customer: the purpose of the Fintech project is to create and maintain banking platforms. Users are bank employees, which is about 10,000. The platform is used to serve bank clients who would like to invest their money in one of Canada’s largest banks.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years on the same position
  • Upper Intermediate English level
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep projects on track.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Time Management: Proficiency in managing deadlines and ensuring that project milestones are met.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions quickly.
  • Team Collaboration: Skill in working with diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Attention to Detail: Careful monitoring of project details to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • People management: onboarding, PIP, employee engagement, performance management (+goals setting), performance reviews, salary reviews, terminations
  • Working hours monitoring
  • Managing hiring process
  • Managing workload among team members
  • Manage internal and external project meetings
  • Budgeting, invoices, time log reports
  • Risk management of team members, stakeholders
  • Analyzing business opportunities
  • Assistance in service presentations
  • Conducting projects’ health checkups
  • Assisting SM in project well-being if needed
  • Organizing feedback sessions with customers to be in the loop
  • Identifying RBC leads and POs’ needs
  • Customer success assistance
