The customer is the world leader in design, manufacturing, sales and operations of wind tunnel systems for indoor skydiving. The project combines entertainment and sport, offering safe flight experiences for beginners, training for professional skydivers, and team-building activities for groups.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of successful product launches.
- Experience designing for sports, adventure, or experiential activities industries is a plus.
- Proven track record in designing user-centric digital products such as booking systems, customer experience portals, or mobile apps.
- Experience with retail websites and flows (B2C-centric experience)
- Clear communication of ideas Self-starter, with experience in leading design conversations and projects
- Expertise in user research, creating user personas, journey mapping, and conducting usability testing
- Skilled in interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and creating responsive designs.
- Strong sense of visual design with attention to detail.
- Experience in designing for cross-platform solutions (web, mobile, etc.) Proficiency in design tools like Figma
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and working knowledge of front-end frameworks is a bonus.
- Comfortable with A/B testing, analyzing user behavior data, and iterating based on insights.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, product managers)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and workflows based on research data.
- Design user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces for web, mobile
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the brand and product goals.
- Develop solutions for complex interaction challenges to improve user engagement and retention.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements.
- Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster team collaboration.
- Leverage analytics tools to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B tests to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback and data.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system for consistency across all touchpoints.
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and voice.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, technologies, and tools to propose innovative design solutions.
